This refund policy helps you understand how Mina Crochets (“we”, “us”, “our”) handle matters related to clients’ (“you”, “yours”, “your”) request to return products and get refunds.

At Mina Crochets we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We will gladly accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.
You will ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all names and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been used or altered in any way.
How to Request a Refund
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before initiating a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellations
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] and include your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
